Al Womack, Jr., President

Al Womack, Jr. is the long-serving Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Alton, IL, and a prominent community leader in Alton.

Jay Tomerlin, Treasurer

Jay Tomerlin is a lifelong Madison County resident and retired tax and estate-planning attorney. A graduate of St. Louis University School of Law, he served as an Assistant State’s Attorney before entering private practice at the Tomerlin Law Office in East Alton.
